I checked dreft.com before buying detergent and found coupon that saved me little bit. It wasn’t huge discount or anything, but with baby stuff costing so much, I’m happy to take whatever help I can get.
The promos were easy to use, so no real complaint there. I just wish they had more offers, or maybe bigger savings once in while. Still, it worked fine for me and made the price feel little better.

I reached out to Dreft customer service because there was an issue with my order, they responded way faster than I thought they would. I already had a good impression of Dreft, so this kind of confirmed what I figured — they actually take care of customers. The reply was clear, friendly, and didn’t feel like some copied-and-pasted response. They fixed the problem without turning it into a whole back-and-forth hassle, which I really appreciated. When it comes to baby stuff, you just want things handled quickly, and they did exactly that.

I actually like the detergent itself, and it seems to work fine on baby clothes, burp cloths, little socks, bibs, pajamas, all of that. But the measuring cap is so annoying to use. The lines are hard to see, so I’m always guessing if I’m at the right amount, and then when I try to pour the extra back in, it drips everywhere. I’ve had it run down the side of the bottle, get sticky on the shelf, end up on my fingers, or leave that little gooey ring around the cap. I either use too much, spill a little, or both. For something I’m using constantly with baby laundry, I just wish it was easier, cleaner, and not such a tiny hassle every single time. Not a dealbreaker, but it gets old really fast

I’ve been using Dreft for my baby’s clothes, it does a good job getting everything clean and smelling nice. But as a parent, I can’t help feeling a little nervous about the fragrance and what’s actually in the formula. I really wish the safety info on the website was clearer and more reassuring. It’s not a bad detergent at all, I’m just not completely at peace with it.

I tried Dreft on a onesie that had some old formula and carrot stains, it came out way better than I thought it would. I checked the care tag first just to be safe and didn’t do any intense scrubbing. The smell was nice too, not too much. I’d use it again

My baby has eczema, and a lot of detergents seem to irritate her skin or make the redness worse. Dreft has been working really well for her clothes and blankets so far. I haven’t noticed any extra itching or flare-ups after washing, which is such a relief. The scent is nice too, but not overpowering. I’ll definitely keep buying and using it.

I was checking a few other stores first. Same item, higher prices everywhere. Then I found it here for less, so that was an easy choice. Paid less than I expected, which was nice. No complaints really, I’m happy with the price...

I do actually like the detergent, so I’m not trying to be overly picky here, but the packaging really wasn’t great. The cap must not have been tightened properly because some of it leaked all over the box during shipping. It was a mess to clean up and felt wasteful. I just wish they’d pack it better or make sure the lid is secure before sending it out.

My baby’s skin is really sensitive, and I was so tired of seeing rashes pop up over and over again. Every time I tried something else, it felt like another rash, another irritation, another problem. This one has been good so far though, no rash now, and that’s a relief...

My Dreft showed up packed well, and the bottle didn’t leak at all, which was a relief. I’ve had soaps arrive spilled everywhere before and it’s such a pain, but this one was totally fine. The scent is soft too, so I really can’t complain.

I ordered from dreft.com and it got here faster than I thought it would. I was expecting to wait a bit, because shipping has been so random lately for everything I buy online. Side note, I had just been reorganizing the laundry area, which somehow turned into cleaning out an entire cabinet, so the timing was actually perfect. Anyway, no shipping issues at all and the order arrived really quickly.

I really wanted to like dreft, but it didn’t get stains out as well as I thought it would. Baby spit-up and little food marks were still on the clothes after a wash. It does smell nice, but I ended up rewashing way too many things. For the price, I just expected more.

I hopped on dreft.com thinking I’d quickly find some product info and maybe a coupon or two, but... it wasn’t as easy as I expected. The pages were a little slow to load, and I ended up clicking around more than I should’ve had to just to find basic stuff. It’s not a terrible website or anything — I just didn’t find it very smooth on my phone, i got annoyed quickly.

I’ve stuck with Dreft for my baby’s clothes because it’s one of the few detergents I don’t worry about. Just a heads up to other parents: be careful switching to cheaper or strongly scented detergents, especially if your little one has sensitive skin. Dreft has been reliable for us, so I’m not taking chances.

I’ve been using Dreft for my baby’s clothes for a while, and overall it does the job. The scent can be really nice, and it hasn’t seemed too harsh on the laundry, which is why I kept going back to it.
That said, I’m starting to feel a little buyer’s remorse with my last few purchases. Some bottles seem thinner and more watery than others, and the smell is weirdly inconsistent, sometimes it’s strong, other times I can barely notice it.

It’s not terrible, but for the price, I expected it to feel more reliable every time. I probably should have tried something else instead of assuming this would always be the same.

I was feeling frustrated because my baby’s burp cloths still had that weird sour milk smell even after washing them. I tried Dreft, and it actually got the smell out on the first wash. The clothes came out smelling clean without being overpowering, which I really liked. Definitely happy with it.

My card got declined out of nowhere, I ended up having to mess with checkout longer than I expected. It was annoying because the card works fine everywhere else.

Had to send one item back and it was straightforward. Took a few days for the refund to show up, but support got back to me quickly enough. Overall, a good experience.

Every time I go on dreft.com to order the baby detergent I normally use, it’s out of stock. Then I end up having to keep checking back like it’s another chore on my list, and half the time it’s still not available. It’s frustrating when you just want the regular size and have to do all this extra work to maybe buy it. At this point, ordering from the site doesn’t feel worth it.
